• Responsible for all secretarial & clerical works in the office (Typing, Printing, Scanning documents etc).
• Typing all kind of letters (English & Arabic) to the consultant & main contractors.
• Arranging files & all incoming documents.
• Translating Arabic into English & vice versa.

• Preparing time schedule at the start of installation.
• Regular site visits during installation.
• To ensure that all the preparation and application works are carried out according to the Contract Specification, approved shop drawings and manufacturer data sheets.
• Assist the technicians to solve technical problems faced in the installation works.
• To give special concern to housekeeping, and ensure that the site is maintained clean and tidy.

• Knowledge of Government soft ware for visa applications & other
programs
• Normal translating Arabic to English and vice versa.
• Preparing MEP shop drawings.
• Designing all kind of Civil Drawings.
• Typing all English, Arabic Documents.
• Typing all English or Arabic Documents on the computer & type
writer.
• Sending or receiving fax & scanning all kinds’ documents.

• Typing all English, Urdu, and Arabic Documents.
• Normal translating English to Arabic and vice versa.
• Handling all incoming calls.
• Sending or receiving Fax & Scanning Documents.
