RESPONSIBILITIES:
Correspondence
•Draft & ensure to issue Contractual Correspondences & relevant Notices as per Contract Conditions.
Applications and Claims
•Preparation & submission of Interim Valuations & Final Payment Applications and administration of Change Orders/Variations and follow up with the Consultant/Employer for approval. •Prepare Claims in a clear and concise format for the Extension of Time, Escalation etc. and follow up with the Consultant/Employer for approval.•Assessing, Evaluating and making recommendations for all Claims.
Costing and Reporting
•Prepare Monthly Cost Reports & Budgets.•Forecasting the Final Cost and monitoring of all types of Cost.•Prepare and issue Sub-Contract Liabilities.•Prepare Cash Flow Statements in co-ordination with the Planner.
Contract Administration
•Administer Main Contract and Sub-Contracts.•Carry out Tender Review and Analysis of Contract documents and CCS and determine the required Project Budget in consent with PM and CM.•Monitor & Advise on methods to maintain agreed Budget.
•Advise on Contractual Issues based on the Contract Terms & Conditions.
Subcontract Administration.
•Prepare and issue Sub-Con Work Scopes to Procurement.•Prepare Evaluation Statement for Sub-Contractor Offers.•Review & Finalize Sub-Contract Agreements to ensure subcontract terms and conditions reflect the same obligations and scope undertaken against the Main Contract.•Review and ensure Preparation of Payment Certificates, Review / Agree / Settle Variations and Claims, Settle Final Accounts at Completion.
