Responsibilities:
• Providing strategic direction during the implementation stages.
• Monitoring project risks and scope creep to identify potential problems and proactively
identifying solutions to address them in advance.
• Managing client expectations by ensuring the delivery of the quality service.

Major Projects:
• JACOBS ZATE, Al Fanar Tower, Khobar: Implementation of networks infrastructure like
datacenter preparation and environment monitoring system, UPS, horizontal cabling &
fiber backbone for 1200 User spread over 12 Floors.
• International School Group (ISG): Implementation of datacenter preparation, Wi-Fi
System, IP Telephony, Switching, UPS, Horizontal Cabling and Fiber backbone for ISG,
Jubail.
• Olayan DESCON, Jubail: Implementation of Network infrastructure including switching, IP
Telephony, horizontal cabling, IP CCTV.
• International School Group (ISG), Dhahran: Implementation of Wi-Fi System and with
horizontal cabling.
• Halliburton Accommodation, Saihat: Implementation of horizontal cabling and fiber
backbone.
• International School Group (ISG), Dammam: Implementation of datacenter preparation,
Wi-Fi System, Switching, UPS, Horizontal Cabling and Fiber backbone.
• Radium Residential Compound V: Implementation of IPTV System, fiber backbone,
switching, datacenter preparation, and UPS System. Project have 520 Apartments and
occupant is Saudi ARAMCO and project is in closing stage.
• DANA Bay, Halfmoon Bay: Implementation of IPTV System, GEPON fiber network,
horizontal cabling, IP Telephony, Wi-Fi and Datacenter Preparation. The Project is initial
stage
Responsibilities:
• Participate in continued education to learn about new Products and improved Sales
Techniques.
• Research and provide information about potential opportunities to the company and
derive and implement plans in achieving it.
• Establish a relation with innovative equipment manufacturing companies and introduce
their sound technological equipment in the market along with marketing plan.
• Prepare and deliver Presentations on Systems and Services to prospects for the selling.
• Work as main communication pathway with all the clients on behalf of the Company as
and when required.

• STF Dammam Security Systems proposed IP CCTV, Microwave Detector and Fiber
Vibration Detector.
• Dammam University Hospital proposed IP CCTV System.
• King Khalid Medical City proposed IP CCTV System
• College of Education for Girls- Dammam all Low Current System
• Al Jouf University Project all Low Current Systems

Responsibilities:
• Checking the specification of Project and designing Security System which can meet
technical specs of the particular Project.
• Estimation of Quantities of the Item required and considers revising the BOQ when
required.
• Supervising in preparation of Shop Drawing, Technical Submittal and As-Build Drawings
when required.
• Designing Analog and IP CCTV System, Access Control System, Fire Alarm System, Public
Address System and IP TV System.
• Coordinating with Field Engineer for RFI for Conduits, Cabling and Installation of Low
Current Equipment’s.
• Supervising the Installation of Low Current Equipment and providing technical support
to Contractor.
• Testing and Commissioning of the whole system.
Major Projects
• I was member of Engineering Team for Testing and Commissioning of Nurse Call System
(Ackermann by Honeywell) in Riyadh Military Hospital.
• I was member of Engineering Team for Designing and Installation of all Low Current
System at Riyadh National Hospital.
• Did Testing and Commissioning for Analog CCTV System Al Jomaih Bottling Plant
(PEPSI) Riyadh.
