Administrating HP Network Automation:
o Network discovery.
o Configuration policies and auto-remedy scripts.

o Network devices Discovery rules and filter.
o Traps suppression and de-duplication rules.
o Events storms troubleshooting.
o Custom poller and MIB expressions.
o Monitoring policies.
o Alarms enrichments.
o Handling Integration with Other Operational solutions.
o Develop scripts which used as actions for any SNMP traps.
Administrating IXIA Quality of experience Solution:
o Technical Design for Solution according Topology design.
o Technical consultation for defining Network KPI metrics thresholds.
o Technical implementation for integration with other OSS Application
o Full administration for the application ( Troubleshooting all errors - server management - Meshes/Tests configurations )
Administration Alcatel & Huawei Element Managers \[ AWS - AMS - U2000 \] :
o Full administration for the application ( configuration - server management - Backup )
o Handling all inquiries from All Operational teams.
o Handling Open cases with vendor.
o Technical Administration for server performance.
Administrating Cisco Shadow Routers \[ TEData IPSLA Project \]
o Full administration for all Cisco Shadow routers \[2800 - 1700\] configurations.
o Technical consultation for configuration modification for all Cisco probes.
Administration of Certifying any new solution from OSS side:
o Technical Administration for any validation for new devices H/W & S/W.
o Handle the proper configuration required from OSS side.
o Report with final result to operational teams.
o Upon our validation all operational act on our result.

Provide technical consultation with service level management team to define technical KPIs and how to monitor it through OSS application
Full Administration for OSS applications to satisfy and comply with operational customers’ requests and business objectives.
Test and validate new proposed OSSs with vendors through PoC.
Contact the vendors to resolve applications misbehavior & to escalate and solve issues.
Provide technical consultation 24/7 with my team for all TEData Operational and Monitoring Teams
Provide training for OSS operators and users to how to use the tools.

• MRTG application and operation Management.
1-Performing follow up on customer cases of 1st level support
