1- Construction of Data center 2 at HQ building 1.8 MVA.
2- Construction and Design of Data center 3 at HQ building 600KVA.
3- Construction and Design of VIS call center which support (UK, Australia, new Zealand, German and Qatar).
4- Construction and Design of Switch Room 120 KVA (AC) / 200KVA (DC)
5- Construction and Implement of Dual source project for the HQ switches and server rooms to improve its reliability and continuity.
6- Using LED system all over VF-EG.
7- Construction and Design all electro mechanical works for express stores and stores such as (Sphinx and Shehab).
8- Using new initiatives for energy saving ( LED light and Occupancy sensors)
9- Centralization of fire system for all Vodafone Egypt premises.
10- Increase the utilizations of existing building and increase its capacity 120%.
11- Design and construction of food catering of Vodafone building - Smart village.
12- Design and construction of new Vodafone Egypt call center building (VIS) at new smart village at ELmaadi city.
13- Design and construction of (fire alarm system ) for Vodafone Egypt Express store (140 stores)
