• Configuring and troubleshooting Network Devices such as Layer 2 and Layer 3 Switches, Wireless Access Points and firewall routers, Cisco routers and 3COM Switches as well as Windows OS Servers.
• Installing XP 3 professional in 1000 PC’s with the Disk image technology by using Symantec Ghost, configuring Microsoft exchange server as font-end to send and receive MS Outlook with fully secured environment, backing up the active directory and outlook folders and data backup of client systems and proficient with data disaster recovery methods. Consistently proactive and successful handling this project and fully consciously dedicated for 24x7 hours.

• Responsibilities of System Environments, Managing the ERP Win soft package of the medical transcriptions software, managing the replications of the servers between the onsite to our office, using the Routers to connect VPN thru leased line circuit, using router to setup the NAT, and also using SOHO watch guard as a firewall. Internal mailing systems using IMAIL software’s. Installed and configured the Enterprise domain structured as child domain to the parent domain, managing & running SQL 2K queries, Data backups in the data drives, installed web server (IIS) to notify the job status to the client, gathering information for network requirements and decision making with top officials and office works.
• Taking the administration tasks to the Network environments of 45 Systems to handle the Accounts software like Tally 6.3ees, ATB software, Mailing Management with Microsoft Outlook, ERP Package of Win soft (Tracking systems of the container details, which is connected with the Hong Kong Server for online status, used by us in web server to browse for status enquiry). Hardware maintenances to of all PC Systems. Mailing server in Microsoft Exchange to distribute mails external & internal.
• Have installed and configured the Novell 3.11. And have installed multiple OS on a single system. And more than 60 Windows NT & 9x Clients accessing the Servers. Configuration of RAS to accessing their system remotely. Mailing by Microsoft Mail within the premises is configured with Mail post office. And sending mails from users computers to Internal & External.
