As the Technology Workstream Lead, played a crucial role in successful implementation of the Group Transformation Project, ‘’Project Matrix’’. Ensuring the ongoing operations are not impacted due to transformation and landing business critical enhancements and legal requirements.
ERP Value Assessment and System Integrator Selection: Led the IT Workstream performing the Value Assessment and Business Case for the ERP Selection (Oracle vs. SAP) and RFx process of System Integrator selection for the Deployment of SAP Public Cloud. (Completed)
Deploying SAP Public Cloud S4HC: One of the key achievements of the project was the deployment of SAP Public Cloud S4HC. This cloud-based solution offers numerous benefits, including scalability, flexibility, and enhanced IT Controls and security covering 15 markets. - (Exploration Phase)
Implementation of Full Portfolio of LOB Solutions: Deployment of full portfolio of LOB (Line of Business) solutions including SAP Ariba, SAP Field Services Manager, Success Factors, Signavio, SAP Services and Asset Manager. (Exploration Phase)

Scope: Directed the IT enablement for Direct Store Servicing and SAP rollout in major GCC market. As a dual responsibility, carried out the Marketing Technology stack delivers on the requirement of the Brands and Activations strategy of BAT.

Delivered insights via Data and Analytics for trade/digital platforms providing decision making support using Enterprise Data Platforms. This project was delivered by Deloitte on SNOWFLAKE Platform.
Market Entry: IDT enablement required for Direct Store Services, Warehousing, Logistics and Finance.

Fener (Fanous): Deployment of Trade Marketing solution to support field force in execution of TM&D strategy, providing visibility of in-market activities driven by monthly operational targets. support Direct Store Distribution and integration with ERP.
Reported to General Manager-BAT Pars and led a team of 10 staff (5 Headcount and 5 Contractors) by managing a budget of ~£1.7M. Board Member of BAT Pars from Jun 2018-July 2020.

Played a key role in increasing Route to Market optimization covering 87k Outlets by nearly 650 Trade Reps. and enhancing field force effectiveness in the Marketing IT department.
Provided crucial support to meet legal fiscal requirements and maintain a robust controls environment in the Corporate Services IT division.
Successfully implemented security enhancements on the Cloud environment and ensured IT infrastructure readiness for business expansion in the IT Infrastructure & HelpDesk department
