Key Achievements & Accomplished Projects
As the Technology Workstream Lead, played a crucial role in successful implementation of the Group Transformation Project, ‘’Project Matrix’’. Ensuring the ongoing operations are not impacted due to transformation and landing business critical enhancements and legal requirements.
 ERP Value Assessment and System Integrator Selection: Led the IT Workstream performing the Value Assessment and Business Case for the ERP Selection (Oracle vs. SAP) and RFx process of System Integrator selection for the Deployment of SAP Public Cloud. (Completed)
 Deploying SAP Public Cloud S4HC: One of the key achievements of the project was the deployment of SAP Public Cloud S4HC. This cloud-based solution offers numerous benefits, including scalability, flexibility, and enhanced IT Controls and security covering 15 markets. - (Exploration Phase)
 Implementation of Full Portfolio of LOB Solutions: Deployment of full portfolio of LOB (Line of Business) solutions including SAP Ariba, SAP Field Services Manager, Success Factors, Signavio, SAP Services and Asset Manager. (Exploration Phase)
