• More than 14 Years of experience in Pharmaceutical field, of which 5 Years in Quality assurance management, 5 years in supply chain internal auditing and supply chain management, well exposed to European standards of quality management and well experienced with ERP systems especially SAP .During those years I have I have finished a master degree in quality management and worked as Quality assurance and risk manager, I have established the quality management system in Pharmaoverseas, also I have finished a master degree in public health majoring biostatistics in addition to Data science diploma so I have enriched the quality assurance with a statistical analysis reports with Various KPIs to monitor the performance, achieve continuous improvement and decrease customer complaints, now I am a team member in the committee to get ISO 9001 certification. I am in the final stage of statistics PHD and I have established the business intelligence and analytics unit in the company Build analytical / data science solutions to solve business problems for sales marketing, customer service and supply chain sectors using Sap analytics cloud as BI tool.
Generate critical insight and recommendations into business performance, deliver periodic business reviews, answer various adhoc questions from the business, evaluate what if scenarios, size opportunities, develop analytical solutions using different BI tools (SAC, Tableau, Excell, python).
• Working with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and frame into analytics project that teams can solve.
• Mentor junior members on analytics framework and technical aspects
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing performance metrics, reports and dashboards to drive key business decisions
• Setup and execute processes for performing exploratory data analysis to unearth insight or patterns that can be used to drive operational efficiency
• Build analytical / data science solutions to solve business problems
• Develop five major dashboard for sales, marketing and the supply chain.
• Establishing and maintaining Risk assessment system at Pharmaoverseas .
• Team member in ISO 9001 Preparation committee.
• Maintain the company compliance with best practices of pharmaceutical supply chain system with GSP, GDP rules to 95 % through revising evaluating and approving all inputs &outputs of each activity.
• 70% improvement of the implementation of all required corrective actions.
• Establish and achievement of quality assurance plan for the supply chain program through the generation of quality KPIs for five departments.
• Decrease customer complaints by 20%.
• Establishing and maintaining the Quality Risk assessment system at Pharma overseas and provide 10 risk projects up till now.
• Assist in development of audit plans, audit schedules for the Quality management systems within the 45 site all over governorates of Egypt.

Startup team for the quality management system in Pharma overseas
• Assure the drug warehouse compliance with the requirements of the Egyptian ministry of health and other regulatory parties.
• Achievement of 95% performance at customers’ orders preparation.
• Decrease the returned customer orders to less than .05% .
• Implementation and follow up GDP, GSP, rules.
• Help to identify 10 projects for improvement in warehouse
1- Establish with the staff 5 analytical laboratory tests for raw materials and finished products for domestic and international markets.
2- Startup team member of PHARCO B international company.
3- Evaluate 35 testing protocols to comply with regulations and company schedules.
4- Participate in laboratory tests Accept and/or reject of about 500 raw and auxiliary materials.
5- Participate in Reviewing and updating/creating Standard Operating procedures/
7. Participate FIVE TIMES in calibration & qualification verification of all QC Chemistry equipment & Preparation of Calibration/Performance and Annual Preventive
