Job Profile
Duly responsible for all cargo operational activity as per company SOP such as Acceptance, Export and import functionality
Performing complete acceptance procedure of all type of cargo/mail for various customer airline
Handling special cargo such as DG/VAL/PER/AVI as per current IATA regulation with fully comply with local country regulation
Performing all export related documentation such as preparation of Cargo and mail manifest /UWS to load control/reservation etc
To responsible towards various movements like Palatization and de-Palatization of cargo, acceptance, reservation, delivery, documentation and load control functionality.
Performing Import documentation formality fully complies with local custom regulation such as issuing the Custom DO base on Kuwait custom system.
Ensure all post-flight details are relayed to the customer promptly.
Perform the build up and breakdown of Cargo/ courier/mail and ensure swift and safe movement of cargo, courier and mail loads.
To ensure accurate completion of all post flight activities including dispatch of message, forwarding documentation and completion of station file.
Monitoring Cargo ULD build-up as per the Airline booking.
Monitoring Cargo Weight Balance and passing the planned load and trim staff.
Carry out Dangerous Goods/live Animal checks as required.
Handled Cargo Acceptance docks individually as well.
Job Profile:
Utilization of Maximum Space of Cargo to be loaded based Upon the Space Released by Cargo Space Control in the Flight.
Co-ordinating with Customs for Low Value and High Value Courier shipments and ensure it get connected to the flight on time.
Import shipments Issue of Delivery Orders, Arrival Cargo Checking and tally by the proper tracking Details.
Monitoring Export shipments for Build-up as per the Sorting Guide and Segration of packages as per the Sectors provided for the flight.
Provide effective and efficient co-ordination between client’s, customs, and cargo customers.
Preparing and checking for all RIP (Ramp Inbound Packages) and ROP (Ramp Outbound packages) reports and finalizing in system.
Perform the build up and breakdown of Cargo/ courier/mail and ensure swift and safe
Movement of cargo, courier and mail loads.
Inspect, count and validate the goods at every point of delivery and acceptance.
Monitoring the Movement of ULD’s Buildup as per Airline Requirements.
Monitoring the Documentation of Airway bills for all Shipments.
Preparing Checklist for any DG Shipment according to the categories of DG Classes.
Ensuring the Perishable Cargo and Priority Shipments are Given High Priority and get connected to the Flight.
Preparing all Cargo reports and Exceptions Reports and Updating to the Senior Management to Advise on the same.
Checking for Pretrip and Posttrip Checklist before Handling the Aircraft.
Follow all Ramp Safety Procedures Laid down as per Company policies before handling the Aircraft.
Ensure the ULD’s Loaded/offloaded in the Aircraft as per the on load/off load plan of the Flight.
Checking for the ULD’s Weight Load Verification and updates from the Captain.
Ensure all Flights Documents are Properly Documented and Updated in Systems.
Job Profile
Monitor and Control of the Export/Import Warehouse, Ramp and Manifesting Dept.
Coordinate with Senior Management in implementing the new procedure for smooth operations.
Send flight discrepancy list for the Airlines.
Palletizing the Cargo of Assigned flights.
Prepare the final manifest of the Cargo documents.
Receiving flights bookings instructions from the Airline.
Monitoring Cargo acceptance.
Ensures special cargo such as Dangerous Goods, valuable cargo (VAL), live stock (AVI), are processed and documented correctly ensuring that the shipment are stored as per airlines requirement and country regulations.
Finalization of all kinds of flights, System updating and maintenance of flight related data.
Cargo Acceptance including all types of Special handling Cargo like Human Remain, AVI, VAL, Vulnerable Cargo Etc.
