 Have clear understanding of Cisco Voice network deployment models and understand
functioning of voice network devices.
 Have worked on Cisco Unified communication products like Cisco Unified Communication
Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unified Communication Manager Express (CUCME), Cisco Unity
Connection (CUC) and Cisco Unified Attendant Console.
 Have clear understanding on VOIP protocols like MGCP, H.323 and SIP.
 Have clear understanding on Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog
signaling.
