Selected Accomplishments:

• Successfully structured, organized and administered the warehousing & logistics function to support a ten-fold growth in orders placed by customers through Jadopado.com. The effort allows Jadopado to offer cost-benefits to customers, as well as remain true on its commitment to prompt delivery.

• Reduced lead time between inventory procurement and online product availability to a maximum 24 hours, ensuring new products go live as soon as they are procured. Implemented mechanisms that ensure new inventories are broadcast on the company website within 24 hours of acquisition.

• Trained staff to take on further responsibilities, creating internal opportunities within the logistics function, and improving staff morale. Enhanced staff commitment and motivation by training lower level members, such as drivers, to take on more specialized tasks, such as store keeping.
