Role:
Currently delivering logistical support for inventory control & shortage management; managing supply chain for distributing
goods in warehouse to end users for achieving targets within specified parameters
Ensuring maintenance of quality standards for incoming / outgoing materials, ensuring stringent adherence to quality
standards, norms & practices
Regulating the update of inventory in system by monitoring the inventory, set min max level of inventory, reconciliation

Performing ad-hoc duties and executing projects as and when required to broaden scope and exposure
Preparing Regular Stock Reconciliation of SAP Stock Report and 3PL Warehouse Stock Report and to identify and rectify any
errors & MIS reports on desired basis for the Management
Developing Material Master and Prices in SAP
Ensuring best performance in cost, quality, delivery are in the best commercial & operational interests of the company
Facilitating the achievement of bottom-line results by reducing operational costs
Acting as a go-to person for identifying improvement areas & driving innovative solutions towards sustainable change and
implementation with management support and empowerment

Steered efforts in attaining 100% accuracy for Annual Stock count at 3PL warehouse due to continuous reconciliation
throughout the year and with periodic cycle count
Identified slow moving materials through Inventory turnover, average days to sell and holding costs and re-merchandising it
with the retail outlets and Karcher store. Merchandise slow-movers together with bestsellers
Streamlined Import & Export process by implementing Electronic data interchange (EDI)
Coordinated with the 3PL partner for providing inputs for the development of Client Web Portal
HS Code classification of the products in coordination with Dubai Customs

distribution
Led service failure investigation/complaint and ensured that the corrective and preventive actions were taken
