1) Define the strategy and process for the sales department for 4 franchise branches of Tawuniya.
2) Hiring, Retention and on boarding of Marketing Representative for 4 branches
3) Training, Skilling and development of Marketing Representatives.
4) Driving and enabling the sales performance for 4 franchise branches of Tawuniya
5)Focusing the key drivers to achieve monthly as well as yearly plan
6)Conducting group meeting & Individual performance review and planning meeting to Marketing Representatives.
7)Setting up of new franchise branches & future leaders.
