• Manage full cycle recruitment from sourcing till on-boarding & orientation as per the approved manpower plan across all levels within multiple assigned business units in the corporate head office.

● Provide guidance on division/function restructuring, workforce & succession planning.
● Develop and maintain strategic workforce planning for BU/function with required budget as per annual plan in
accordance with strategic objectives.
● Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies & Recruitment Campaigns to attract passive
candidates.
● Facilitates the management team by introducing & implementing effective solutions for complex HR issues.
● Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit.
● Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the client’s side.
● Actively participates in conflict resolutions, grievances, compensation and benefits structuring, supporting the
organization development.
● Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager, business leaders and HR.
