Responsible for submission of company prequalification documents for ADNOC requirements to maintain the fuel limit and yearly renewal of Project contracts.
Was purchasing Glass Sheets, Aluminum, building materials, Aluminum fabrication and Glass fittings, and preparing work orders for tempering and Georgian bar with design.
Developing and implement purchasing strategy to provide a lean and agile Supply Chain in Glass and Steel.
Planning & coordinating for the Mobilization of Material from Workshop to Sites on daily Basis.
Whilst optimizing inventory and stock turns.
Proactively improve Purchasing processes, supplier selection and development to support above.
Continuously review the role of Purchasing and communicate its role to other departments in the company.
Ensure that all Purchasing transactions are conducted ethically and that CSR is given the appropriate attention.
Ensure all Item Planning Data for purchased parts is accurately maintained.
Provide information to Manufacturing regarding availability of material and expedite where necessary.
