.Human capital planning
.mobilization and demobilization of employees as per project deployment plan.
• Ensure project nominations are done as per deployment plan in coordination with project manager.
• Close co-ordination with project managers/ In-charges regarding manpower mobilization and sharing complete status with them.
• Proper utilization of employees by nomination at different projects and reducing stand by cost.
• Ensure all transfers between projects and departments are done through manpower coordination department in compliance with company policy.
• Supervise project transfers and maintain proper record of each employee in master sheet.
• Keep tracking record of all employees and maintaining master data of employees.
• Close coordination with site administrator for accommodation, transportation and food for mobilized employees.
• Handling site administrative activities.
• Negotiation rate of rental manpower with manpower suppliers.
• Hiring Rental manpower as per project requirement and upon management approval.
• Issuing PO for rental manpower on time and ensure that payments are made on time.
• Close coordination with ID section for safety orientation/ Blue batch training and ID processing.
• Maintaining all the record/ idling report/ standby
• Site Complains, Safety orientation ID Coordination.
• Monitoring Time Sheet/Attendance received from sites and sharing with Payroll section and suppliers to for salary processing.
