Working as Computer Technician FIDS (Flight Information Display System) for Saudi Oger Ltd. at King Khalid international Airport (KKIA) Riyadh, K.S.A. from March 2008 to till date.
Repair & Maintenance of Flight Information Display System (FIDS), 350+ Clients Staff Display Terminals (SDTs) & 180 Public Viewing Monitors (PVM) in the Airport Facilities.
Providing IT support on Hardware, Software & Networking for the End Users.
Deployment of Desktop Systems in different sites & Installation of Desktop systems with Operating System Win 2K/ Win XP/ Win98 etc. and other System software’s.
Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of all KKIA FIDS (Royal Terminal, Terminal 1, Terminal 2, and Terminal 3 computers, Networking Devices, Printers, Scanners, Monitors and all Computer Peripherals at Component Level.
Conduct PM (preventive maintenance), CM (corrective maintenance) on the existing hardware and devices and perform other tasks as assigned.
Coordinates closely with Operation & Maintenance section head in providing solutions to hardware problems as reported by users.
Observes peripheral equipment and error messages displayed on monitor of terminal to detect faulty output or machine stoppage.
Ensure the Anti-Virus software is installed, kept up to date and working properly on all PCs.
Managing Network resources like Files and Printers.
