Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage, Plan and co ordinate all workshop jobs and technicians to finish jobs on time
• Conduct morning meeting with technicians, Quality Controllers, washing staffs and vehicle detailing staffs
• Distribute the jobs to the right person as per skill matrix
• Ensure completion all requested jobs and QC
• Monitor workflow in the workshop
• Monitor, track and report technicians KPIs
Duties and Responsibilities
• Technical support for difficult jobs
• Technical reporting to factory
• Share Technical Service Bulletin information with technicians
• Take decisions related to warranty works
• Claim warranty repairs in web portal
Role and responsibility
• Automotive system trouble shooting
• Diagnosis of major concerns like Concerns related to ECU and Sensors, Electrical failures, Major mechanical failures etc.
• Guiding Technicians and other workers for technical queries
• Inspection of warranty concerns
• Technical Reporting to factory ( Field Information & Advanced Information Report )
• In-charge of Technical Information bulletin and Service bulletin & Serviceability Kaizen Report
• Communication with Toyota if required to resolve technical issues.
