I am Mohan Garusinghe, a qualified Charted Civil Engineer who has a Master Of Business Administration & Arbitration Diploma and has also done Contract Administration and Procurement Management.

I have with overall twenty-seven (27) years of experience in Commercial and Contract management within the Construction Industry in the field of Infra Structure, Highways Construction & improvement, Buildings, mixed-use developments, etc.

Further, I performed all activities associated with the Pre/ Post Contract administration
