• Managing IT Bank projects related to OPS automation and banking enhancement with Central Bank of Jordan and SC Global Systems teams such like Core Banking, ISIS MQ, ACH, Blacklist, Dormant and CBJ systems.
• Managing the IT support team (3 Members) and support activity related to daily tasks, service desk support and changes related to ITO.
• Working with GIA and External audit by providing them with the required documents and evidences for IT department, and the required audit information for SCB departments in scope of IT systems infrastructure.
• Monitoring SCB ATMs across the branches and provide the required support in coordinate with the global Sparrow ATM, UNIX team and NCR Jordan.
• Managing the data canters activity of the bank in headquarter and branches, and perform the required support and reports. implements the infrastructure changes and updates.
• Managing the backup for the bank on ARCservs solution and other back up practice regarding to the bank policy.
• Coordinate the hardware activity to add/replace the faulty peripherals, upgrading the firmware software; Hardware service calls include desktops, laptops, monitors, printers.
• Performing the DR BCP activity twice a year and provide SCB bank teams with the required support to finish the practice quarterly.
• Creating the change tickets and procedure regarding to the bank and ITIL policy to upgrade and fix the bank data centers and banking systems.
• Troubleshooting technical problems and implementing solutions in-coordinate with bank vendor and global teams regarding to Sql servers, MQ ISIS and infrastructure (Network & Data Center)
• Security monitoring and patching System upgrades on both workstation and Server level.
• Remedy system ticket tracking and support.
• IT maintenance contacts and IT Equipment’s Purchasing within agreed budgets.
