This project entailed the upgrading of the ERP system from GP V8 to 10 in all of SEHA, Abu Dhabi. To do this, I undertook a GAP Analysis, customization and collection of master data for HR, Financial, Receivables, Payroll, e-claim.

Project Manager as part of pre contract project management team with Majed Al Futtaim (MAF) for delivering the fit out, completion and timely mall opening. I was responsible for managing the fit out of 49 shop units including but not limited to Paris Gallery, Abu Dhabi Islamic bank, Al Rasasi perfumes, Carrefour, UAE Exchange, McDonalds, Subway, KFC and Chilli’s. All units were delivered on time with attention given to achieving high quality finishes.
Fujairah City Centre is the first shopping mall in Fujairah Emirate and comprises 103 shop units. One of the key challenges I successfully overcame was managing site logistics. My key areas of responsibility included:
n Logistic Planning for 49 Shops
n Monitoring the procurement of MEP materials, securing undertake Consultant timely reviews, approvals and subsequent inspection by MAF.
n Managing daily site activities with the Main Contractor to ensure timely delivery of materials for each of the 49 units.
n Managing 49 contractors to meet the programme milestones.
n Coordinating with the Central Bank to secure final certificates were in place in order for the exchanges and banks to operate.
n Updating the weekly dashboard progress report for MAF senior management.
n Updating a 2 look ahead programme for each unit and reporting to MAF senior management.
n Construction and management of the permitting process from the various authorities in Fujairah Civil Defence and FEWA
