Ensure adherence to the correct storage operations process
through systematic monitoring of required activities and
recommendations.
 Ensure safety compliance by conducting daily checks and reporting
any anomalies or issues observed related to QHSE.
 Served as Safety ambassador.
 Conduct training for employees regarding safety, and follow up
on the preparation of all safety-related activities.
 Checking the condition of containers before the (import and export)
process.
 Matching the imported quantities in terms of quantity, batch, and
date, and identifying any discrepancies or damaged quantities, and
sending the report accordingly.
 Matching the quantities to be exported and verifying their .
 Performing inventory (daily, monthly, or annually), monitoring
storage quality (temperature, humidity, etc.), and following up on all
tasks related to receiving and exporting quantities.

Responsibilities
• Supervise and perform physical inspections at the inbounding goods to ensure its compliance to desired quality specification and the required quantity.
• Ensure the proper storing of inbounding goods to achieve its best preservation in accordance with the company standards & health and safety requirements.
• Monitoring goods movements on daily basis and prepare inventory reports to be reviewed by operation manager.
• Review and troubleshoots goods quantity discrepancies between stock and records.
• Ensure the outbounding goods comply with the order requirements in term of type of goods, quality and quantity.
• Implements improvements to existing inventory procedures in order to maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate and follow up with all operating units within the company to ensure efficient company operation.
• Prepare a periodic report regarding the damaged or expired goods and submit it to management.
• Manage and supervise the implementation of quality health and safety practices at all warehouse operation and prepare a periodic report regarding any violations.
• Ensure the proper setup of the desired storing conditions by monitoring storing temperatures, conducting periodic inspections on routinely maintenance of warehouse equipment’s and ensure warehouse hygiene.
