• Assuring ongoing management of candidate data, using and developing the existing tools and systems to serve as an active participant in additional recruiting projects to ensure continuous refinement.

(Assure talent availability by creating a ''talent pool'', redesigning Elixir's & Candidate Tracking System, Co-lead the implantation of Manpower planning).

(Design, build and implement an effective HRIS system to meet organizational strategic needs, Improved HR Team productivity by 30%).
• Onboarding and Orientation
( Lead the preparation of preparation of all induction material for new hires and delivery of the company induction program).
Duties and Responsibilities;
• Update and follow up with all Multilateral and bilateral legal agreement between Saudi and ICAO state members.
• Negotiate multilateral agreement/ treaties in behalf of the GACA in ICAO meetings.
• Managed and led a team of new team members to tackle major Climate Change issues caused by the industry on a national and global scale to (UNFCCC ).

• Coordinate recruitment, Career Fairs and outsources Recruitment • Agencies.
• Drafting and prepare employee contracts and preparing offer letters.
• Maintaining/ updating employee files (soft and hard copies) and GOSI Accounts.
• Process all resignations, terminations, exit interviews, settlements and end of Service.
