Recruitment :-
- Scan and filter candidates C.Vs to choose the most qualified applicants for the job requirements
- Select the most effective recruitment channels and advertise open vacancies upon request
- Arrange and follow up the technical interview for shortlisted candidates with the line managers to assure choosing the most technically qualified candidate
- Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
- Assist in preparing with recruitment team the annual recruitment plan & the annual HR budget.
- Update and send the monthly Headcounts report to HR Manager based on new hires, resignations, transfers To Record workforce database.
- Support in updating HR Policies with the supervision of direct HR managers to ensure a successful work environment.
- Support the Human Resources Department in Other HR Functions as needed
- Develops a wide variety of written materials (e.g. forms, procedures, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written reference, and/or conveying information
Training & Development :-
- Administering on-the-job training programs
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
- Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes

- Monitor all calls to ensure that due procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered to.

- Conduct regular review of all call center agents performance and organize training sessions for under performers.
