Plan and manage transportation and distribution activities to ensure on-time deliveries to customers.
Coordinate with carriers and logistics service providers to optimize shipping routes and costs.
Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and condition of incoming and outgoing goods.
Oversee the day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, order picking, and shipping of goods.
Optimize warehouse layout and organization for efficient material flow and storage
✓ Supervise stock control, ensure storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods, shipment loading &
transferring; document recording and data entry into system.
✓ Planning, organizing, and controlling of assigned Warehouses over-all operations.
✓ Constantly plan out warehouse resources and activities in relation to company objectives and set targets.
✓ Make plans to develop staff.
✓ Follow up & control daily absence / over time and inform the same to Warehouse Manager.
✓ Ensure that workplace’s health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of
the building and stock.
✓ Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area.
✓ Issue Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, goods aging report, manpower status
report to Warehouse Manager.
✓ Follow up ERP program against with actual activities (WMS).
✓ Promote constant motivation among staff to strive for efficient and effective warehouse administration.
✓ Improve business processes with the division manager.
Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair & maintain production and facility equipment during the shift.
Follow up operation of all machine lines during the shift.
Implementation of preventive maintenance programmed for all line.
Improve OEE.
Work in a clean and orderly manner in compliance with the Company’s Hygiene Code of Practice
