• Handling end to end recruitment cycle; from screening to mobilization of candidates for the factory.
• Understanding requirement as per request, with the Line Manager / In-charge.
• Sourcing candidates from job portals / referrals etc.
• Taking initial round of interviews and recommending for further rounds.
• Doing tie ups with new Institutions or colleges (ITI, Diploma, Management) and arranging campus interviews.
• Proper Induction & Orientation program for new joined employees.
• Meeting daily recruitment targets.
• MIS reporting (updated RP Master) HR Manager on weekly basis.
• Controlling Recruitment travel expenses.
• Bulk hiring for Blue collar positions.
• Assessment of candidates through technical or process knowledge or psychometric tests.
• Offer letter and joining formalities management with due approval of reporting manager.
• Coordinating with PRO with regards to VISA formalities and joining tickets. Assisting with Accommodation for new employees.

• Handling White collar & Blue collar positions end to end recruitment cycle; from screening to mobilization of candidates.
• Headhunting through different Job Portals - Monster India, Monster GULF, Naukri, Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Source candidates, take first round of interview and refer CVs to clients as per requirements.
• Building applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
• Scheduling interviews and follow up with the clients. Facilitate E- short listing and E-interviews
(Via Skype, Web Broadcasting, Etc).
• Run recruitment campaigns which entail advertising internally and externally, short listing, telephonic interviews, running assessment centres, holding final interviews, negotiations on salaries and offering employment contracts in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.
• Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
• Training and Development of new employees


Client Relation:
Build and maintain good relationships with existing clients in order to facilitate repeat business. - Generate leads from candidate and client referrals and proactive key skill selling. Participate in recruitment fairs and other events to enhance the client base and develop new business opportunities.
