Working as a Senior Project Manager - in Gulf House Engineering W.L.L - Architects & Engineering Consultant(PMC) Farm in Kingdom of Bahrain
COEPP (Council for organizing Engineering Private Practice) Registered Category ‘A’ civil Engineer in Bahrain, Registration No: EPP/BN/105/CE/25-A
Responsibilities:
a. As per contract (FIDIC, NEC, JCT & Bahrain Ministry of Works Standard Contract) “Engineers” role & responsibilities
b. Managing projects within the established scope, schedule and budget while meeting or surpassing standards of quality
c. Reviewing all construction drawings, design submissions, specifications and ensuring the compliance.
d. Issuing Engineer’s Instruction
e. Chairing Biweekly Progress and Technical Meetings
f. Reviewing & Approving Materials submission, Subcontractors & Shop Drawings submissions
g. Clarifying Technical queries - Request for Information
h. Monitoring project progress in accordance with baseline and generating progress reports.
i. Monitoring the Project Budget, issuing forecast to client review
j. Advising client any foreseen issues
k. Monitoring Site Inspections through various trade of Site Engineers
l. Arranging workshops and meetings to resolve various technical/site related issues
m. Contractual Letter correspondence with Contractor & Client
n. Coordination with Quantity Surveyor for Certifications, Variations and Payments
o. Determination/Assessing contractors claims and responding as an Engineer to contractor/ also advising the client.
p. Ensuring QA/QC compliance throughout the project
q. Monitoring work progress as per work program and alerting/warning contractor as well as Client, if any delays

MADINAT SALMAN - Construction of 720 Nos. Social Apartment Units, Island 12, Plots D16 & D17, Two Twenty Story Highrise building with 360 Apartments in each building - Ministry of Housing & Urban Planning, Kingdom of Bahrain

Responsibilities:
a. Execution of works as leader through various teams from inception to completion of project, which includes FFE & OSE
b. Co-ordination with Client & Consultant
c. Construction Planning & Programming,
d. Supervising all Engineers and Reporting to the Management
e. Monitoring project activities and ensuring compliances to standards and specifications
f. Ensuring approvals and documentation is obtained / maintained accurately and in a timely manner
g. Directing teams to ensure projects are co-ordinate efficiently, effectively and profitably
h. Ensuring adequate equipment, machinery, material and manpower supply to all projects efficiently.
i. Co-ordinate with different agencies including Mechanical, Electrical, Firefighting system and plumbing
j. Variation claims, subcontractor follow up,
k. Over all manpower Control
l. Implementation of Quality Control & Quality Assurance Procedures at site.
