• Working in ICSS ( DCS Yokogawa CS3000, ESD, BMS, FGS, third party units), and doing all the activities as hardware maintenance, software maintenance, loop tuning, loop modifying, system fault finding, alarm settings. Trend setting, report generating, and Maintaining the control system in healthy status
• Studying and applying MOC for DCS, ESD, BMS, FGS
• Using PRM (plant resource manager) to check most of the field instruments and apply configuration, Calibration and maintenance.
• Using Fieldmate software &HART to calibrate other instruments
• Working in foundation fieldbus instruments, Hart instruments (Yokogawa, Foxboro, Siemens, ABB, Andres and Houser…)
• looking after third party units ( Instrument air compressor, Siemens Power turbine generator, Gas compressor, Turbo expander, Nitrogen unit, diesel pumps, metering system) and give advices for other Technician to follow the correct procedure of maintenance to prevent plant shutdown
• working in Siemens PLC S7-400, S7-300
• look after Instruments in reciprocating gas compressor stations
• Carry out Instruments trouble shooting, Calibrations, preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance, corrective maintenance.
• Assist operation to restart the stations during shutdown.
• Worked with DCS “Honeywell” system and carry out troubleshoot in DCS such as Control builder, Display builder, and loop control adjustment.
• Worked in Allen Bradley PLC (RS Logix-5, RS-Logix-500, RS-Logix-5000) and doing maintenance
• Worked with Flow computers by OMNI and attend calibration, trouble shooting.
• Read and update the P&ID, PFD and loop drawing. And arrange all type of official documents required for Instrumentation
• Worked in instrumentation Department to look after instruments in Oil gathering centre, carry out Calibration and maintenance.
• Worked in pneumatic instruments, Relay logic, monitoring panels.
• Worked in water injection system instrumentation.
