worked in fulfilling sales teams orders and managing, trucking their shipments & the main task :

1- creating quote for customers & proforma invoice.
2- receive sales order and assign it to warehouses or production depending on stocks availability.
3-monitoring stocks, carriers performance and delivery dates.
4- creating Tax invoices and delivery notes for the customer.
5- monitoring Customer statement in case if their is any pending payment, depts… Etc.
6- providing daily dispatching list for warehouses.
7- settling carriers invoices and bill of landing

handling supply chain operations, from inbound & outbound operations and logistics such as :

inbound:
1- inventory control ( receiving shipments from suppliers, identifying, segregating, registering skus into systems and physical stocks),
2- monitoring stocks, creating safety stocks, rising purchase orders, creating orders list & picking list, managing returned shipment

outbound:

1- creating orders documents, like invoices and AWB , proforma invoices.
2- using CRM software to solve customers issues and fulfill their needs
3- assign shipments to the right carrier depending on the order locations.
4- negotiate and coordinate with carriers regarding, performance ( delivery rate), (customer complaints), ( damage rate ) .
5 - managing company owned fleet, carrier, driver’s, maintenance.
