Supervise the finishes for all trades.
Review and approval of materials and sub-contractors submittals.
Coordination between various project trades.
Resolve outstanding progress, coordination, technical and design issues.
Implementation of QA/QC procedures and proposing corrective actions.

AL TALAH GARDENS, King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC), Jeddah, KSA.
Supervising and monitoring internal and external high standard quality construction finishing using suitable equipment and high qualified staff specialized in finishing works.. Preparing Reports describing project status and project needs to be completed. Managing all project stages.
Projects:
• Porto Cairo mall
• Raya Plaza smart building (GALLERIA 40 (Raya Plaza) - RAYA LEASE - Sheikh Zayed City).
• Studying projects and preparing BOQs
• Leading construction team at all projects sites
• Preparing clients invoices, variation orders and projects Q.S.
• Preparing Sub contractors contracts and invoices
• Following up projects stages and determine its needs to be finished as scheduled and by the targeted coast.
• Managing technical office stuff to get all projects submittals (drawings, materials, …etc)

Doing repairing and strengthen operations for some concrete elements ( beams and slabs ) that damaged by Time or by others effects using high techniques based on scientific and Engineering background. Awarded the 1st winner in the scientific research competition from the ministry of education in Kuwait. Awarded for Volunteering effort in EED2004, EED2005 and EED2006 that held in Cairo International Conference Center. ***Many activities were done during the studying years at the university which include preparing seminars, trips ( dream park, Alfayoum, Alex., Sharm Alshiekh ) and more activities which may help students in their studies in all levels.
