has faced 5 years of difficulties to collect it back from customers where I was recognized for
my efforts.
● Achieved 95% of a month sales in my second month after moving to a new geographical area (
Yanbu ).

● Providing awareness and guidance to 4000 Somali and Eritrean Hajjies of the risks and hazards of Hajj journey.
● Monitoring the numbers of Hajjies who are going to Jamarat and making sure that all the Hajjies have came back to the camp through communicating with scouts and conductors.

● Received distinguished evaluation on my performance in Hajj season 2017 from the Hajj
Touring Association.

● Managing Samsung relations with both Jeddah Islamic Port and Samsung shipping contractors.
● Providing guidelines to Samsung contractors of the ideal practices they should follow in dealing with important stakeholders.
● Solving any problem facing any department or contractor with stakeholders.
● Reporting all Samsung transactions with stakeholders including any problems to the
management.
Key Achievements:
● Solved a critical problem faced Samsung contractors with Jeddah Islamic port that has saved more than 2 million riyals worth of equipment.
