Led the implementation of (GSR 7 Star) Projects in Different Service Fields (Transportation, Economy, Culture) for 10 Service Centers, contributing to the achievement of top ratings between (3 - 6) Stars in GSR assessments.
Dubai 360 Service Policy
Led the implementation of (360 Service Policy) Project for a 3 Services improvement as and reengineering as 15% of 28 service in DCAA, contributing to the improvement of Dubai Library Services by improve the customer journey Based on the montly Customer VoC analysis and regular meetings with the clients.
Benchmark Studies
Led the 2 Service Benchmark studies and innovation labs for the Culture and art field, contributing to the development of 2 new innovative Service in Dubai Culture and art.
Dubai DCx Maturity model
Led the preparation of DCx Maturity Model (1 Project) in DCAA which include the Documentation and Evidence files for external evaluation, ensuring alignment with Dubai DCx Maturity Framework.
