Present Project: DMS 145858 - Replacement of Decorative Roof Tiles and Installation of Aluminum Fascia at 12 Nos OA Buildings at France Cluster International City, Dubai.

Main Client : Dubai International Financial Centre.
Responsibilities :
•Responsible for follow up and coordination of all Civil maintenance works
•Follow up and monitor the performance of the Maintenance Team; Ensure that they complete maintenance works swiftly without disregarding quality.
•Ensure to set a standard & responsible for good maintenance work quality, prevent idle times, set priorities, avoid re-dos from any of the Maintenance Team
•Daily basis visits the sites and checked the performance and quality of the worked carried out by the maintenance team
•Facilitating specialist maintenance repairs while coordinating with engineering companies as necessary.
•Following to specialized Building Service building subcontractor.
•Directing and controlling outside service provider facility operations on daily basis, including identifying issues, providing follow-ups with vendors and maintaining records of equipment performance, log books and asset registers.
•Managing work of employees to quality standards, deadlines and proper procedures while taking necessary actions to correct any errors/problems arising.
•Working with Clients like IMDAAD, IDAMA, NAKHEEL, ENOVA BY
• Liaising with clients, contractors, sub-contractors and operatives.
• Understanding and Interpreting drawings for accuracy.
• Providing Manpower, Equipment, Sub contractors for required tasks
• Checking plans, drawings & delivered quantities for accuracy of calculation,
• Preparing Shop drawings and take approval from DCCA (Dubai Creative Clusters
Authority) for fit out works of offices at Tecom Group buildings.
• Liaise with execution department and improve the productivity in all aspects.
• Mainly handle all the Re-instatement works of commercial offices at Tecom Group Buildings.
• Execution of Interior works for a Villa.
• Preparing project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing
Information; recommending actions.
• Working with packages like AutoCAD, Microsoft office and basic Knowledge of Primavera & Microsoft project
General engineering supervision of all civil & interior works.
• Analyzing the designs and blueprints of the construction to be accomplished.
• Ensuring the implementation of design on the site.
• Working closely with all levels of management, engineers and field operations staff.
• Setting out project works in accordance with drawings and specification.
• Preparing project reports based on work completion.
