Nur Power plant is a combine cycle gas turbine (CCGT) power plant that produces electricity for the capacity of 40MW for each turbine. This plant manufactured from General Electric (GE) using the frame 6B turbine and the boiler using the Honeywell.

Work Description (Electrical)
- Troubleshooting for an electrical problem such as motor control, motor, MCC, relay and others.
- Perform any kind of troubleshooting at electrical side using the ABB circuit breaker 415V and 6.6kV (VD4 model) include the protection relay of ABB (SPAM, SPAU, and SPAJ).
- Involve of testing and maintenance at turbo power generator (ELIN also known as Andriz Hydro) include the minor and major maintenance. Remover and testing all equipment include the protection of generator. Perform/familiar for the testing of IR test, Polarization Index Test, RSO Test, DC hi-Port test (direct and reverse), rotor and stator test, any protection of instrumentation and others.
- Involve for the maintenance of transformers include testing of protection, oil filtering/replacing, changing of HV and LV bushing and anymore

Work Description (Instrumentation)
- Troubleshoot/Familiar the concept of an instrumentation (Gauge, transmitter, analyzer, control valve and other) problem
- Operate/troubleshoot for problem of distribution control system (DCS) and programmable logic controller (PLC). Using Honeywell (Experion) & TDC3000, GE Mark V Speedtronic, GE Fanuc and also perform any simulation required
- Familiar with process and isolation and normalization on mechanical/electrical side which apply with the lock out and tag out system
- Familiar with process of gas turbine combines cycle, boiler (HRSG) and steam turbine
- Familiar with continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS). Using the Horiba panel of analyzer enda model. This monitoring system is connected direct to Department of Environment Malaysia (DOE).

Work Description (Control & Instrument)
- Troubleshooting/Familiar for an instrumentation problem (Gauge, transmitter, analyzer, control valve and others)
- Operate/troubleshoot for problem of distribution control system (DCS using TosMAP DS) and programmable logic controller (PLC using Allen Bradley) and also perform for any simulation required.
- Familiar with process and isolation and normalization on mechanical side
- Familiar with all process of steam boiler and steam turbine
- Familiar with Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) which is using the Horiba panel of analyzer enda model. The monitoring system that connected direct to Department of Environment Malaysia (DOE).

Work description (Electrical)
- Doing isolated and normalization on electrical side. Familiar with C/Breaker of ABB and Hyundai (415V, 3.3kV, 11kV)
- Understand and able to read drawing of an electrical include P&ID and troubleshoot problem by referring the drawing or without the drawing.
- Troubleshooting/Familiar for any of electrical problem (relay, mcc, C/breaker, motorized valve and others)
- Operate/troubleshoot/familiar with a problem of motor control include of maintenance of it.
- Familiar with process and testing of electrical protection relay such as SPAM, SPAU, SPAJ.
