• Completely responsible for inventory takes as per the Management request and provide the results to Finance Department within 2-day time after the inventory takes with required Inventory Reconciliation.

• Monitored inventory and controls to ensure adequate product supply.

• Maintaining stock takes documents & keeps records for future reference

• Review the Store level Inventory and schedule for the perpetual inventory takes random basis and analyze the risk level of the inventory at store level.

• Supervised distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.

• Stock Transfer monitoring from Warehouse to store and Store to warehouse day-to-day basis thru Ax 2012 and taking care of In Transit Inventory

• Store Damage inventory declaration to finance Department quarterly basis.
• Investigate inventory inaccuracies and discrepancies and make sure that they are addressed and resolved.
• Move stock / items to appropriate locations and ensure that they are properly stored
