● Supervision in installation of all the Mechanical services.
● Ensure that all Mechanical site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, method statements, specification, and work plan.
● Organizing the site day to day activities and scheduling the work force.
● Organization of the materials and their timely requirement at site.
● Preparing the MAR and submitting for clients’ approval.
● Preparing the material requests as per the approved materials.
● Monitoring the daily, weekly & monthly progress.
● Ensure proper use of material and avoid damages and material wastages.
● Ensure the operations are done in strict compliance with department safety rules & regulations.
● Assisting Draughtsman in preparing shop drawing and maintaining As-Built records.

• Study of contract documents (specifications, Scope of work, Design tender drawings, BOQ).
• Reviewing of Shop Drawings, As-Built drawings, Method statements, BOQ, Material Submittals, Document Submittals and RFI.
• Coordinating at site for Mechanical Equipment and system/ Services installation and providing the supervisory level advises for proper installation of system.
• Carry out the surveillance throughout the Project execution.
• Closely monitoring site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements, good construction practice, local & international regulations.
• Preparing Non-Conformance Report (NCR) if any non - conformity is observed.
• Adhere to maintain relevant Quality Checklist, documentations, and records
• Reviewing value engineering proposals from contractor & provide recommendation to end users.
• Participating in Drawing review meetings with Client and design consultant.
• Attending Project’s weekly progress meetings with Client & Contractor.
• Preparing Site snags/Punch-lists.
• Ensure all the operations at site are being executing in strict compliance with company Safety standards.
