Generally my stores type and items is:
* Machines such as (Grass cutting machines with deferent types, Tractors like grass giant pull tractor,
water tankers & trailers, Golf carts and service carts).
* Machines spare parts stores for all previous machines types.
* Shooting range Machines and items spare parts, guns and bullets.
* Irrigation system spare parts such like (pipes, water system controllers Etc.).
* Seeds, Chemicals for planting and Fertilizers for all kind of landscape inside the club.
* Fuel station (Diesel and Petrol) for all previous machines types and club cars.
* Building items such as (white and red sands, Cement, Gravel…Etc.).
My Job description:
* Monitor all inbound and outbound inventory movement
* Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and
enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
* Prepare document of inventory movements
* Plan, organize and control warehouse overall operations
* Ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met
* Coordinate delivery according to business needs
* Monitor and control warehouse operations expenses
* Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are adhered in accordance with company policies
* Prepare warehouse cost budgets and managing the stocks levels.
* Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget reports; scheduling expenditures;
analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
* Provides purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
* Verifying purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list; clarifying unclear items;
recommending alternatives.
* Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.

* Receive and issue goods / materials / items to/from stores.
* Ensure that goods received are in order and as per specifications issued to the supplier.
* Monitor the movement of incoming and outgoing Items.
* Reporting on dead Stock and obsolete items with the intent of determining potential reallocation to
asset recovery.
* Identify inventory items for purchase and order.
* Maintain a computer record of all receipts and issues.
* Send a monthly stock statement of all goods / materials/items to the respective division managers.
* Ensure the safety and security of goods / materials / items in store.
* Manage monthly and annually inventory reports.
