Overall Project management consisting of design, planning, execution, testing & commissioning of mechanical system. Preparing heat load, pump head calculation, ESP Calculation, pipe sizing and design verification in accordance with various standards. Preparing technical submittal for all equipment and accessories. Preparing shop drawings in coordination with draughtsman for execution at site. Material quantification and its requisition for ordering.Site Coordination with main contractor, consultant & sub-contractor. Preparing cost estimates by studying drawings, specifications, and other related documents Prepare project documentation such as work schedule, method statement, inspection and test plan, etc. Manpower planning & allocation. Arrange for testing & commissioning of system and prepare test reports.

•BANAGAS CGP-III- HVAC Work in Substation & Remote enclosure building(MCSC)

Scope includes supply, installation, testing & commissioning of complete HVAC System in BANAGAS Central Gas plant -III for their Substation & RIE Building. It consists of 2 Nos., 65 TR capacity Package unit in Substation Building & 2 Nos., 57 TR capacity DX Type Air Handling units. Complete BMS System for HVAC services.

•BAPCO- HVAC Work in BAPCO Refinery & Other buildings

Scope includes design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of complete HVAC System of any new requirement of Air Condition and ventilation works in any of the building & refinery areas. Currently we are working in F&A building by replacing 3 nos. CCU units of DX type. Similar operations are being carried out in FCCU building computer room. Scope also includes maintenance work for existing installations which comes as replacement of coil, filters, valves, ducting, insulation, etc.

•Field Pipeline & Sitra Storage Expansion Project, BANAGAS- HVAC Work in Substation Control Room Building (JGC Gulf )

Scope includes supply, installation, testing & commissioning of complete HVAC System in BANAGAS Sitra Plant for their Substation Control Room Building. It consists of 2 Nos., 68 TR capacity Package unit in Substation Building. Complete BMS System for HVAC services.

•Converting Engineering Store to Medical Store-Salmaniya Medical Complex- MEP works (Ministry of Health)

Scope includes complete Mechanical & Electrical works with 110 TR Cooling Capacity supplied by 9 Package Units, Plumbing system, Drainage system & Fire Fighting System.
Complete BMS System for HVAC services.
•Primary & Intermediate Girls School- Malkiya (Ministry of Work-CPD)

Scope includes complete Mechanical & Electrical works with 650 TR Cooling Capacity supplied by 38 Nos. AHU Units, Plumbing system with RO Plant and Booster pump, Drainage system & Fire Fighting System

Responsible for HVAC designing work according to the requirement, planning & scheduling of HVAC work, preparing technical submittals and its approvals, coordination with client and consultant for the timely completion of the project, preparing quarterly budget for projects and its plan to achieve it .

Residential Tower consisting of 3 tower of 78 floors, Chilled water system of 600 TR for common area, VRF system in each flat with water cooled ODU, Ventilation system in Basement and podium.

•ABIR SINGHITARAI Thermal Power Plant - 2 x 660 MW Plant at Chhattisgarh

Project Consist of Central Air conditioning of 560 TR for Service and CCR Building. Additional 100 TR DX type Air conditioning for miscellaneous areas. Ventilation of Turbine Building through Air Washer of 6 Lakh CMH capacity. Large number of Axial fans for ventilation of miscellaneous area

Responsible for HVAC designing work according to the requirement, scheduling of HVAC works, submittals and approvals.
