•Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support corporate LAN/WAN infrastructure.
•Understanding Network Topologies and Expert Providing IT Support to end users.

•Ensuring that the goals of the incidents management process are achieved and restoring normal service as soon as possible based on customer perspective within defined SLA.
• Create and Assign incident tickets to L2 and L3 line support for investigation and resolution.
•Having good experience dealing with IP add, gateway and Static routing.
•Dealing with domain user issues, File server, Symantec Antivirus and email archieve.
•Prioritize incidents based on SLA and initiate immediate action to figure out issues
•Navigate the ticketing tools like (ManageEngine service desk plus, BMC Remedy, etc.)
•Follow up on pending tickets to ensure proper resolution and elevate client satisfaction.
•Capability of handling calls from end users or client over phone or any other channel
Synopsis:
•Installation, configure, and support an organizations local area network (LAN), wide area netwok (WAN), and Internet system.
•Reporting and coordinating with the onsite engineer in case where issue needs someone to physically be at the site, which involves Routers/ Switches and other networking devices reset and checking the physical connectivity of connected devices etc.
•Proactively monitoring the network devices located at the client site and taking necessary steps to eliminate any trouble that can raise an alarm.
•Installation and Configuraion of network/local/wireless printer, scanner & access point.
•Installation, Configuration and administration of Windows OS(Win7, 8, 10).
•Installing, maintaining, and Troubleshooting of layer two switches.
•Provide Technical support and ensure proper maintenance of network and workstations.
•Maintain the documents of all the Network devices and other IT Assets.
•Test network connectivity and resolve cabling issues.
•Installation of patch panel, organize the cables and Provide network access to end users.
•UTP Cables Work like(Tracing-Labelling -Termination & Testing).
