Responsible for production planning control at execution production floor
Responsible for implemented for planed new system, responsible preventive maintenance management, responsible produced quality product as per standard, responsible for warehouse management system, responsible for plant hygiene
Good manufacturing system, responsible for daily update in MIS system, responsible training and learning for team zero complain from market, responsible for allocated the manpower as per requirements, responsible for purchase new machine erection, commissioning new machine, startup plant
• Responsible for pasta manufacturing units, see overall operation machine & other utilities, Responsible for warehouse management system
• Responsible QC/QA make standard for product as per Madagascar food safety standard. Responsible for plant maintenance, make schedule for preventive maintenance.
• Responsible training & learning and also purchasing for new machine
• Responsible for procurement for machine & raw material
• Responsible for new project incentive

Do project on DatesBiscuits product GSTD OR DAMIC.
Store Managment see all systematic or physical inventory of product, Also see logistics department.
Closing monthly or yearly in SAP OrOdoo ERP.
Understand manufacturing filling packing operation and best practices.
➢Understand components of total cost of production and factors to influence it.
➢RMA & ERP material control.
➢Know relevant statutory, company and factory standards,
Rules and procedures.
- ➢Understand Lean Management Tools.
➢Store Management, management of all inventory in all stock location including weekly cycle counting of stock annual stock.
➢Logistics, obtain quotes for sales and arranging shipment of goods.
Production KPIs
To break production plan & implementation of breakup plan on lines.
Allocation of manpower as per plan & un-budgeted activity, if any.
Coordination with maintenance department for machine rectifications.
Coordination with planning, stores, purchase & Quality for the availability of raw material promo items & JIT items.
Ensure GMP& Hygiene at all level of processing.
Proven track records with process system like GMP & ISO 22000:2005& HACCP, FSSC 22000, FSSAI, SASO& FDA.
Good command over 5S & lean manufacturing implantation.
