• Heading end to end recruitment operations for NOIDA location, hiring about 1000+ techies per annum, include laterals and fresher from campuses across Noida.
• Part of the India Business Leadership Team, working closely with the senior leadership
• Aligning with the delivery/business leaders to understand the current/future hiring needs and plan for achieving the same
• Fulfilling the complete lateral recruitments needs for the organization at Noida location within the given timelines, quality standards and business criticalities.
• Involved in the annual recruitment planning/Ops planning, budgeting and executions with various stakeholders and functions
• Actively involved in bench planning/engagement and resource deployment with a focus on reducing the revenue leakage with a strong support to the business growth.
• Contributing to organizational growth by hiring the right talent at the right cost through the right channels with optimum use of Employee Referrals, Recruitment Drives/Campaigns, Social Media Hiring and Vendor Management.
• Leading team of 8 recruiters
• Recruitment Analytics & transforming function with innovative philosophies. Bringing in concepts of predictive analysis & NLP
• Talent Marketing & Branding initiatives & execution, both internal & external.
• Leadership hiring/niche-critical hiring.
• Implementing CRM (Avature) this will transform the complete function.
• Pivotal in implementing ATS tool (Taleo)
• Recruitment Leader managing hiring for multiple business units / divisions.
• Responsible for fulfilling lateral / campus resource requirements across levels.
• Work closely with the business / delivery heads to understand and prioritize the open requirements. Hold weekly reviews with senior management and share hiring updates/status and strategy for future hiring.
• Devised Strategic recruitment Model which includes optimal and sequential use of Sourcing methods, Vendor management and process ownership, High quality and Cost-effective Recruitment.
• Involved in the estimation, solution generation and Talent Acquisition management issues for new and emerging client scenarios as well as project finalizations.
• Independently responsible for taking care of all senior level & leadership hiring
• Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements. Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews.
• Ensuring hiring within TAT with right quality and quantity with most cost effective manner.
• Individually responsible to hire senior management executive roles like Manager, Senior Manager, Group Manager, AVP & VP.
• Team Management: Handle a team of 4 recruiters. Review productivity and work quality of team. Promote team work and responsiveness of individuals in their areas of responsibility through support and coaching. Hold regular scheduled one-on-ones with each team member to assist in development and career planning.
• Responsible for team performance against set targets and continue search of alternate course of action to increase output.
• Responsible for managing end to end recruitment process which includes sourcing profiles, scheduling different levels of interviews, offer letter generation, background checks, salary negotiations & joining formalities.
• Responsible for generating / presenting various reports to senior management.
• Induction / Orientation / Onboarding: Responsible for conducting corporate induction session for all new associates on their first day in the organization.
• Conduct campus / off-campus recruitment drives / events as and when required (local & outstation).
• Work closely with talent management team for allocation / deployment of resources to billable positions.
Job Profile:
• Independently handling entire Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing, Screening, interviewing, Selection, Hiring, Negotiation, Post Offer Follow up.
• Sourcing CVs using jobsites, company website, employee referral, placement agencies etc.
• Screening resumes, conducting interviews, negotiating salary and ensuring the joining of offered candidates.
• Facilitating Induction / On-boarding of new joiners.
• Active in Senior Hiring and exclusively worked for IT /Telecom skills.
• Handling regular weekly & monthly reviews and Skill forecasting.
• Planning & conducting walk-ins and preparing recruitment budgets.
• Work with Alliance Partners to meet the resource requirements through Contract Staffing.
