• Supervision and follow - up maintenance and repair in four (4) workshops in different plants for the Unibeton Ready Mix Company in Qatar.
• Speed up repair of equipment in the workshops and end on time.
• Supervision and follow - up Maintenance and preventive maintenance to avoid sudden breakdowns. To reduce repair costs.
• Control of spare parts to avoid squandering.
• Coordinate with all sites to secure the required.
• Staff interview and evaluation.
• Monitoring and workshop expenses.
• Work to improve and develop the workshop and workers in the workshop.
• Reporting to Managers. Participation in management meetings.
• And everything related to the workshop.
• Responsible for the company’s vehicles Sedan and trucks spare parts requirements at the garage which includes review of available stocks and study spares available in the market on the basis of Quality / cost.
• Speed up repair of equipment in the workshop and end on time
• Reduce repair costs through maintenance and preventive maintenance
• Develop a tracking and logging system for activities such as spare parts and maintains for all company assets using computer available software.
• Tracking all equipment performance to eliminate delays what so ever through communicating with other foreman’s on sites.
• Decision making is based on Calculating job efficiency.
• Preparation of Logistics plans and equipment requirement for each project.
• Cooperate and communicate with all divisions to ensure all requirements are met.
• Staff interview and evaluation.
• Assign duties for approximately 130 people at the maintenance department. Manage the repair and maintenance at the working sites with the help of the mobile service Pick-Up.
Company runs a fleet of approx. 300 trucks, trailers, cranes, forklifts and light trucks.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the company’s vehicles spare parts requirements at the garage which
includes review of available stocks and study spares available in the market on the basis of
Quality / cost.
* Managing and supervising Loading / offloading of heavy equipment/Industrial related
material at various locations (Raslaffan /Mesaieed /Doha ports) for clients such as QP, Ras
Gas, Qatar Gas etc)….
* Develop a tracking and logging system for activities such as spare parts and maintains for all
company assets using computer available software.
* Follow-up on administrative functions processing such as immigration, traffic depts.
* Staff and labors interview and evaluation.
* Assign duties for approximately 120 person at the maintenance department.
* Supervise the repair and maintenance for all company fleet inside and outside the garage.
