o All year end entries to have all needed Justification.
Maintain and apply all financial control tools to have proper control on all financial entries and reports.
Design and create Business process documents for all departments and all business unites including operation and supporting services.
Complete and Approve Over than 65 Business Process Documents, with full detailed Workflow with (RACI) matrix for all type of business unites in the group and the supporting services unites as follows:
o Manufacturing & Production Process & Procedures for all types of group products (Blocks, Cement, Ready Mix, Pre-Cast Concrete, Interlock)
o Security Process & Procedures.
o Warehouse Process & Procedures.
