Administrate the Transportation service plan and develop policies and procedures covering all aspects of the
operation.

Raising job orders as per daily vehicle maintenance in FMS system.
Receive all type Vehicles and Equipment and update on FMS system.
Handling incident/Accident reports up to submitting for the insurance claim and follow up till the repair work
And fallow up Najm /Maroor or Basar report.
Maintain updated records of vehicle logs, maintenance history, insurance and registration.
Follow up on MVPI of the fleet up to the renewal.
Coordinate with rental supplier and arrange vehicle/Equipment suitable Quotation as clint requirement.
Update on Invoice with PO and GRN on FMS System

Asset control for the whole group, monitoring each and every transaction has been made in accounting
ERP package.
Controlling of inventory and fixed asset management and scrap and damage reporting the same to the
management with a proper justification for necessary approval.
Plans for all Asset on site, ensure all asset are within the Asset Life Cycle Management Policy. Manages
team rosters & leave keeping leave within allowable limit complies management of change. Ensure the all
repairs comply with the team purchasing requirements,
All Operational Equipment has been Hazard Studied & actions completed before mobilization. Provide
field measurement system support, drive statutory licensing of Mobile Fleet.
Monitor the acquisition, utilization, maintenance, and disposal of downhole tools assets. Conduct regular
inspections and audits to ensure assets are in good working condition. Coordinate with various departments
to track and manage asset movements.
Utilize asset tracking systems to maintain accurate records and asset documentation. Oversee the inventory
control process for downhole tools and related equipment.
Monitor stock levels, anticipate demand, and initiate procurement actions.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of inventory. Implement
inventory optimization techniques to minimize stockouts and excess inventory. Conduct regular inventory
audits to maintain accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.

Responsible for the management of the commercial and operational assets regarding issues of the Business
Generation Centre (BGC). This includes the financial and operational management of the designated units
within the BGC and continuous evaluation of improved economics.
Supervises and coordinates all operating activities and generation output relating to the designated unit
asset.
Responsible of assets distribution in the projects, handling special projects as determined by Asset & Logistics

Responsible for all aspects of the logistics supply chain, stores management, development and optimization
of site logistics solutions to meet the needs of the project.
Responsible for all UCC logistics works inclusive marine logistics. Received All EVRF (Equipment, vehicles,
request, form) from all UCC sites.
Regularly review renter feedback and take corrective actions relating to vehicle performance, quality and
condition.
Work with approved vendors to schedule routine maintenance and repair mechanical issues.
Ensure accurate record keeping for all vehicle-related service events in our fleet management system.
Allocating / re- allocating all company equipment’s based on the site requirements.
Prepare daily report Stand by Allocated, and breakdown or under Repair. Fallow up maintenance request
form and Inspection report form.
Ensuring that our logistics are fully coordinated and integrated throughout all projects to both maximize
plant and material utilization and ensure deliveries to projects are carried out in an efficient timely manner.
Monitoring and supervising all sites logistics personal, to make sure that they are implementing our
logistics procedure.
Manage the movement of people, goods and equipment at the construction site and controlsite facilities
management.
Prepare Daily Movement, Equipment Custody farm, and up to date Equipment Master List.
Plan internal and external logistics routes through the different project phases.

 Ensure that brilliant mechanical work shop has the parts and spare it requires on hand in stock.
 Works with engineering groups to analyze the workshop inventory and assist in reducing non - moving inventory and setting the correct Min-Max Levels.
 Maintain proper inventory levels through ordering, return and proper analysis.
 Identify all useable spares parts on any vehicle purchased parts brought in and mark these to be entered into inventory according to costing sheet.
 To coordinate with our branches for requirements, special requirements, proposed order & stock level in order to prepare monthly work order and follow up the material by production team.
 Responsible for accurate and timely Transfer of marketing material & other branches requirements from factory to our branches & daily updating those things by branch wise.
 Daily updating monthly produced quantity versus balance quantity & maintains factory sales & sales return data.
 Responsible for posting all daybook by ASWAQ-(ERP) and as well as keep the Top management updated on an on-going basis.
 To maintain good relationship with our production team & management.
 To prepare month-end report for all incoming Received material, issue material, product transfer & return product by branch wise data, then reporting to Top management.
 Follow the ISO-9001:2008 standard on Store Procedure to Maintain the ISO Standards.
