Established the retail sales department in Al Sagr and recruited 49 retail sales consultants with a record of outstanding achievements.

Established and Licensed 3 years ago, Holds a license from the Insurance Commission in Jordan to practice as insurance brokerage

1. Provide Quality Training Courses in Sales, Management, Customer Service … etc
2. Determine the training needs of all members of new and existing staff.
3. Develop training materials for sales, customer service, management and advanced courses
4. Control Training quality by attending trainers classes, following up with evaluation & giving trainers’ feedback about there performance
5. Supply resources to the trainers that would serve as supplementary materials for in training class use.
6. Train the head of departments in how to use the Appraisal Formal staff evaluation
7. Provide training on how to select the right candidates with right attitude, quality, and suits to the mission, vision and culture of the organization
8. Develop the recruitment process to fill vacancies on demand by using matrix interviews contains psychological questions
