2. Determine the training needs of all members of new and existing staff.

4. Control Training quality by attending trainers classes, following up with evaluation & giving trainers’ feedback about there performance
5. Supply resources to the trainers that would serve as supplementary materials for in training class use.
6. Train the head of departments in how to use the Appraisal Formal staff evaluation
