Ensure compliance of ISO 9001:2008, Saudi Aramco engineering standards (SAES), ASTM standards, SMACNA, Uniform Mechanical code, NFPA 90A & ASHRAE.
Checking the equipment installation (AHU, FCU, FFU, VAV, Fan, Pump, Heat Exchanger and Valves), Ducting & Piping (Plumbing & Firefighting) work as per approved shop drawing and material approval.
Prepare RFI(request for inspection) for attending hold points & witnessing inspection as per approved ITP of above said prior for final inspection & approval of client representative.
Inspecting and monitoring close to air balancing and water balancing for HVAC system.
Inspect for testing & commissioning of Chilled water system, AHU, FCU, VAV, Fan, Pump, Heat exchanger, Valves and other Mechanical utilities.
Inspecting and verifying Redline drawing to As-built drawing.
Conducting surveillance for ongoing installation for all HVAC,
Plumbing & Firefighting systems.
Monitor & inspect project construction activities on daily basis to ensure construction is progressing in a safe manner, on schedule, and as per approved specification, procedures and construction drawing.
Raise Non-Conformance Report (NCRs), where warranted, on process/Product non- conformances.
Analyze the corrective/Preventive actions taken on the NCRs and close out the NCRs, if the actions taken are found satisfactory.
Works closely with contractor construction supervisor, and assist him to obtaining necessary approvals on work permits, method statement, and certificates within the company, and from concerned interface parties if required.
Carryout close inspection on the completed activities list of incomplete (punch list) items.
Coordinates with company operations end user to obtain their punch list which will be consolidated with own list to be sent to contractor for action.
Project Planning - Man Power, Materials & Resources during the starting of Project.
Co-coordinating with Client & Office person in various activities during actual erection at site.
Observe and control the project at site during execution for smooth running.
Follow up for payment from clients as per PO.
Familiar with Designing, Documentation, & Validation Procedures in HVAC.
Installation of AHU, Air Washer, Split & Packed A/C, Dehumidifier, Pumps, Chiller and erection of Ducting & Piping as per approved shop drawing.
Familiar with Ducting, Piping, AHU, Air Washer, Split & Packed A/C, Dehumidifier, Pumps, Cooling tower, Chiller, Dust Collector & BMS.
