• Attend Progressive and Technical meeting with the consultant /Client/Contractors for analyzing site progress and dealing activities with suppliers .
• Ensure the job is constructed according to the project specifications, Medical gas system standards, in a profitable way.
• Installation, Design and estimation of Medical Gas Pipeline as per HTM 02-01, 2022.
• Responsible for the Installation of Cryogenic Tanks, Vaporizers, Medical Air Plant, Medical Vacuum Plant and Cylinder Manifolds .
• Installation of the Modular Operation Theatre and Drafting of M.O.T through Auto Cad .
• Knowledge of Installation of Pneumatic Tube System, Hortig, Air log,
• Responsible for the Installation and execution of the complete Medical Gas Pipeline system as per coordination Drawing.
• Coordination with the Contractors /Consultants design, commercial, Procurement, construction, planning, and safety departments.
• Responsible for the Execution of The Laboratory Gas Piping L.P.G and other Lab gases .
• Preparing All Tender documents, Material Submittals, Compliance Sheet as per Tender specifications for approvals from Client or Consultant.
• Prepare Full project Schedule and planning for Project completion as per schedule .
• Responsible for all document control and preparation including: drawing revisions, RFI’s, submittals and permits
• Preparing the B.O.Q for medical Gas Pipeline, Lab Gas and Pneumatic Tube system.
• Daily activity report to Project Manager and Execution Head .
• Preparing Daily work schedule and daily work report for smooth running of Project .
• Supervision on site to all technicians and sub-contractor to finish work as per schedule
• Responsible for the installation of the Medical Gas Pipeline complete system .
• Responsible for the erection and commissioning work of pneumatic tube system in hospitals.
• Responsible for the Installation of Medical Gas Pipelines, Brazing, Testing and Commissioning .
• Installation of the Modular Operation Theatre, Designing and Drafting .

Responsible for the Operation Of Air Separation Plant, Carbon-Dioxide plant
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Air separation Plants, Hydrogen Plant, , Nitrous Oxide Plant.
Monitor process parameters and control within defined limits and take the necessary corrective action in case of emergencies or equipment breakdown to ensure the uninterrupted operation
Site supervision during the installation and commissioning of the industrial gas plants .

Drafting of complete project drawing with, Assembly drawing, Layout Plan, Piping Details and P& I Diagram and G.A.Drawing using Auto Cad 2009.
Responsible for preparing specifications and equipment sizing which includes tank & pipe sizing for water & waste water treatment plant layout and design.
Preparing B.O.Q of materials
