Migrated Currencies Middle office process which includes FX and option business. ❖ Allocation of work, Client queries, Leave management & Monthly performance discussion with team members. ❖ Liaising up with other banks, LCH and internal teams in order to move maximum trading over clearing platform. ❖ Working with internal and external audit team to ensure controls are adequate and working effectively. ❖ Core responsibilities include booking, amendment, risk management of desk, NPV, controls and Reconciliation between Front end systems and backend system to ensure correct risk for trading desk. ❖ Identify improvement area for STP confirmation and raise (JIRA) tickets to code that in production. ❖ Working closely with both Trading and Sales along with the other core operational teams such as settlement, confirmation, trade & transaction reporting. ❖ Prepare and publish Daily, Weekly and Monthly KRI/Dashboard.
Evaluating Controlling and managing Risk involved in the trade lifecycle (Risk Management).
Amending trade booking for its discrepancies as per ISDA.
Improving trade booking and flow of trades.
Performing review and reconciliation of trade’s economics between risk system, confirmation, pricing supplements and booking models.
Continuing looking to improve and automate current process to minimize manual interventions.
Liaising with Traders from across the regions to ensure controls are in line and breaks are resolved and understood at all level in timely basis.
Responsible for clearing and reporting of KRIs (Key Risk Indicator) to senior managements.

Preparation of daily reports which includes Alleges, Missing, Rejects and Vienna.
