 Investigates serious accidents and/or incidents of injury or property damage at RI worksites to ascertain cause and need for corrective action; develops and implements measures and strategies to prevent their recurrence in order to meet long-range, loss-reduction goals; and forward reports to site PM and MD/GM/All India PM Head and Safety Director of US office for their review or advise to improve the site safety standard.
 Coordinates and conducts work area assessment, surveys, and program evaluations to determine the presence of hazardous conditions, such as noise exposure, chemical exposure, air quality, light levels, confined space, and ventilation in tunnel. Assists RI employees with specific training outside tunnel in pit areas to improve their understanding to carry the work safely.
