departments such as Electrical.

ordination of vendors.
• Assisting BMS Engineer in making logic and
system operation process.
• Participating in inspection with client's
engineer.
• Ensuring the system operational within
specified time.
• Developing as built drawings with co-
ordination of drafting & planning departments
after commissioning of the system.
• Investigating and identifying failure of
equipment’s under HVAC system.
• Discussing the root cause of failure with
Operation and Maintenance team.
• Receiving warranty defects from Operation
and Maintenance team and submitting
warranty claim to the particular vendor.
• Coordinating with vendors for replacement of
defective materials or parts of equipment’s.
• Engaging in regular meetings with Operations
& Maintenance team for preventive
maintenance of HVAC equipment’s, in order to
avoid failure problems.
• Interpreting Drawings of Variable Refrigerant
Flow System, Chillers, Direct Expansion
System.
• Involved in Manpower management and
assigned tasks in an organized structure for
smooth flow of work.
• Oversaw material management and
coordinated with various vendors.
• Monitored Site execution and installation of
machines.
• Submitted site measurement and collected
final bills from the clients.
• Formulated plan for equipment location and
submitted drawings accordingly.
• Coordinated with draftsman and completed
Project drawings & got approved by
concerned Architect and Clients and plan Air
conditioning system.
